Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and applies to information obtained through this website. The form is not intended for sensitive or biometric data; please do not include such data in a message.

2. Data subjects and data collected

• Site visitors and persons submitting a request.
• Name; phone, email or messenger identifier; request content.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, request date and time, page URL, HTTP metadata, UTM parameters and security logs.
• The fact, date, time and version of consent.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is not used for marketing without separate consent and is not used for solely automated decisions producing legal effects.

• Handling requests, contacting the sender, preparing a proposal and pre-contract steps: consent and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(5) of Law No. 152-FZ.
• Abuse prevention, service resilience and incident investigation: statutory duties and legitimate interests that do not override the data subject’s rights.
• Contract performance and legal compliance: the applicable grounds in Article 6(1) of Law No. 152-FZ.

4. Processing operations

Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, disclosure to authorised processors, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated or manual means. Data is not made public.

5. Recipients and processors

Access is limited to authorised staff and contracted hosting, communications or lead-delivery providers, only to the extent required. Before adding a provider, the Controller checks processing location and safeguards and updates disclosures where legally required. Personal data is not sold.

• Disclosure to public authorities occurs only where legally required.
• No cross-border transfer is planned for the request form. Before introducing one, the Controller will complete required legal procedures and update this Policy.

6. Localisation, retention and deletion

• Initial recording and storage of Russian citizens’ data uses databases located in Russia.
• Request data is retained until the matter is complete and no longer than one year after the last substantive interaction, unless a contract or law requires otherwise.
• Security logs are retained for up to 30 days unless needed longer for an incident investigation.
• After the purpose is met or consent is withdrawn, data is destroyed within 30 days unless another legal ground applies; where immediate destruction is technically impossible, it is restricted and destroyed within six months.

7. Security

The Controller applies proportionate legal, organisational and technical measures, including access controls, authorisation management, protected transmission, backups, logging, vulnerability controls and incident response.

8. Your rights

To protect data, the Controller may ask for information confirming the requester’s identity and connection to the relevant data.

• Obtain information about processing.
• Request correction, restriction, deletion or cessation of processing.
• Withdraw consent by emailing info@regionpraktika.ru with the subject “Personal Data”.
• Complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.

9. Cookies, analytics and online chat

After separate visitor consent, the site loads Yandex Metrica for audience analytics and Jivo for online chat. These services may process the IP address, cookie and localStorage identifiers, device and browser details, visited pages and interface interactions. Optional scripts are not loaded before consent.
