Consent to Personal Data Processing
A separate consent given when the contact form is submitted.
This translation is provided for convenience. Russian law governs, and the Russian version prevails if interpretations differ.
1. Controller

2. Consent
By selecting the separate checkbox and clicking “Send”, I freely and unambiguously give specific, informed consent to processing under this document. The consent event is recorded with its date, time, page and document version.
3. Data
- Name.
- Phone, email or messenger identifier I provide.
- Request content.
- IP address, user agent, submission date and time, page URL and UTM parameters.
- Consent record.
4. Purpose
To review my request, contact me through the selected channel, clarify the task, prepare a proposal and take steps before a possible contract. Provision is voluntary; without a name, contact and consent the form cannot be processed.
5. Operations
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, disclosure to processors acting for the Controller, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated or manual means. I do not authorise public dissemination.
6. Processors
The Controller may instruct Russia-based hosting, communications and request-delivery providers to perform strictly necessary processing under contracts requiring confidentiality and security. Current recipient categories are described in the Personal Data Policy.
7. Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the purpose is achieved, no longer than one year after the last substantive interaction, or until withdrawal, whichever comes first. To withdraw, email info@regionpraktika.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of personal data consent”. Processing will stop within statutory time limits and data will be destroyed within 30 days unless another legal ground applies.
8. Confirmation
I confirm that I provide my own data or have lawful authority to provide another person’s data, have read the Personal Data Policy and understand my rights.
