Rules for accessing and using the site and its materials.
This translation is provided for convenience. Russian law governs, and the Russian version prevails if interpretations differ.
1. Site status
The site provides information about the Controller’s services. Nothing on it is a public offer or a guarantee of a contract, regulatory approval, investment outcome or absolute safety.
2. Materials
Texts, graphics, design, databases and software elements are legally protected. Reasonable quotation with attribution is allowed; copying, adaptation or commercial use requires permission.
3. User submissions
Users must not submit unlawful content, malicious code, third-party data without authority, or state, trade or other protected secrets.
4. External resources
KVKTR, maps and other external links are provided for convenience. Their operators set their own terms and data practices; the Controller does not control their availability or content.
5. Accuracy and liability
The Controller aims to keep information current, but project, regulatory and technical conditions require individual verification. Decisions should not rely solely on site materials. Liability is governed by applicable law and the signed contract.
6. Governing law
Russian law applies. Claims should first be sent to the Controller; unresolved disputes are heard by a competent court.
